TRAINING - REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

When you register for training, you agree to our registration and payment policies. We require registration, payment in advance and /or an approved payment plan for all scheduled trainings before you start classes.

TRAINING - CREDITS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION:

Training can be cancelled if there are not a minimum number of participants. If a scheduled training is cancelled, you will receive full refund or credit of your tuition fees. There are NO refunds or rescheduling for missed trainings.

REFUND:

To receive a refund for a training that you cannot attend, you must notify our Training Coordinator, in advance and in writing. You may email a signed request to make a change or to receive a refund for any training at least 10 days before the start of the scheduled class. Send your written request via e-mail to BFCtrainings@gmail.com or by mail to Brilliant Futures Corporation. Attn: Training Coordinator, 1842 Radcliff Avenue, 1st Floor, Bronx, NY 10462.

DROP-OUT:

If you register for class and decide not to complete the training, and/or not comply with the student consent agreement (for credential training) you will be fully responsible for the complete cost of the training. If you received EIP, you will be responsible to refund EIP directly the complete amount of your grant in order to qualify for EIP in the future.

ABSENCES:

All students are required to attend class promptly and on time to receive a certificate of completion. If you are absent more than ΒΌ of the assigned training time, you will receive a FAIL grade and will not receive a certificate of completion.

CREDENTIAL TRAINING - ABSENCES:

Credential Training is graded based on a Pass or Fail scale. Your attendance is essential to grasp the complex concepts and theories discussed. For this reason, if you have three (3) or more unexcused absences, you will automatically receive a FAIL grade for this training.

For an absence to be excused, you must speak with a Training Coordinator, at (718)709-4BFC and submit (if requested) written documentation to substantiate your absence. You are fully responsible of completing all your coursework on a timely fashion and you will be fully responsible for all classwork, projects and assignments.
